Processing time 

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. All items are shipped from our studio in Hong Kong. 

 

Pre-orders

The processing time for products listed as 'PRE-ORDER' will begin on the date indicated in the product page.
For a smooth and efficient delivery process, note that all orders containing pre-ordered product(s) will be fulfilled in two separate shipments. All available product will be sent first.

We recommend that you place separate orders for in-stock products and pre-order products to avoid any delay on your shipment. 

Order dispatch notification

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number of your shipment. 

Local deliveries in Hong Kong will take around 2 to 3 business days. For International deliveries, allow between 6 to 10 business days for a standard shipping. Please expect a longer processing during peak periods and bank holidays.

Item not delivered? 

In the event that you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us as your package may have been delayed.

As per our refund policy, lost packages will not be refunded. However, your order will be resent if a package remain untraceable. 

 

Customs and Duties Charges 

International shipments are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's local customs. The responsibility of these duties, taxes, or other fees will be with you. In case of refusal to pay the duties or taxes, It will be of your responsibility to arrange an order return. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
